We own a house but were PCS’d with my husband and rented out our house. I really like upscale luxurious things and am not afraid to do it myself because well, we would barely be able to afford it other wise and can’t justify allocating that kind of money for stuff like tile backsplashes and hardwood floors and tiled showers, nice cabinets stuff like that. So I would like to gradually be able to do this stuff myself but know that it can be very tedious and possibly even close to impossible for someone who has zero experience. So how does one acquire this experince short of being taught by their father as a child as that door has long shut. Can I take classes? Follow professionals around? What can I do?

When was the current status of such an infraction either criminal or civil established. Has this ever been reviewed by the federal courts?

i have a home, built in 94, and were looking to remodel the windows in the bedroom and in the dining room, we are looking to shrink the windows from 30 inches to 24 or 28. is that up to code? for oregon?

I talked to so many people that buy leads from different companioes online, but most of them have really bad leads that are being sold to more then 6 or 7 contractor at the same time.
I’m looking for good leads that I can go and sell.
I’m willing to pay commission from sales and willing to pay premium just to get the right leads.

I want to legally start a business in NJ. It will be based from my home. I will be selling the service of staging a home for selling and also remodeling and decorating advice. How do I go about making my business legal and how do I make my business name legal?

we are remodeling a home. the kitchen is really small. in order to make it larger we would need to knock a wall out. the problem is the stairs to teh basement are directly behind that wall. we were told we could easily move the basement stairs to another section; this seems crazy to me. can this be done? easily? we were thinking of moving the kitchen all together to a larger room that is not in use and we were told that it would be much harder to do that then to move the steps. what do you think? anyone have any exp moving steps? seems like a lot of work to me.

I pay extra principle each month on it and would like to refinance enough to pay off my vehicle and to do some remodeling on my home, painting, etc. I would appreciate all insight. Thanks!!
