What is that called? I want to have an addition done to our home along with some remodeling. I was told about some program that is through the government which would be cheaper then to go through a bank for a home owners loan. Does anyone have any idea what this program is called or direct me into the proper place. I live in Pennsylvania.

I purchased some land with a mobile home already on it. The mobile home is not habitable but it is repairable. Work has already been started on it but money is becoming hard to come by. Does anyone know of any grants or programs offered by the government that i could use to complete these repairs. I am a single mother with two young children.
