That should freshen everything up, and new carpet if it needs it. New light fixtures, inside and out. New switch plates and electrical outlet things. New outdoor carpeting on your deck/front porch or just paint it. New front or screen doors. That will perk things up a bit. Of course if you need to redo all the bathrooms and new stove etc. in your kitchen, that may not be worth all the expense. Good luck with it.
