my living room got flooded and all the carpet got ruined and so the the bottom of the walls, i was wondering if it was possible to fix it or no?

My house is a mess because of my parents not working in our home office. This is what they do: My mom works with a laptop, a laptop charger, a laptop case, and pens and pencils. She is always sprawled out on the family room floor and is always talking loudly on the phone when we are watching tv. our famil room is a mess!! My dad works in the living room on a couch and uses the same materials as my mom. THere are wires EVERYWHERE and i am gonna explode if i see any more!!
These are the reasons why my parents won’t work in the office:
My Dad:
1) Its cold for him ( I think thats an excuse because its may)
2) THere is too much imp mail and bills and he doesnt wanna lose it
My mom:
1) She is lonely in the office because it is too away from everyone else
2) Not a lot of sunlight comes through the window and she has Vitamin D defeciency

Please, PLEASE help my remodel my office so that our home is a little cleaner!!!

This is what the home office looks like:
1) There are 2 desks: An L shaped desk and a square desk. One for each of them
2) There is a bookshelf with many many childrens book
3) Wood flooring
4) White walls
5) Unique wooden lamp with built in tiny shelf
6) Stationary Closet filled with binders, portfolios, office materials and paper
7) Fax Machine 2 Printers
9) NOO STORAGE BINS-A MUST HAVE!!

i was thinking of a nice chocolate brown or dark brown
also what kind of furniture do you think i should get that will cost less then a thousand dollars?

how i can make the people to call me when they want to do the job don and they own ha use, i am handyman and i do remodeling home

Everything needs to change. I want to open up my kitchen and living room by breaking thru the wall. I need to add a bathroom downstairs and would love to get rid of the closed in sun room (as well as change all the wall paper, floors etc) but do not want to do anything without seeing how it will look and I think there are websites that do this but I not not know where to find them and googling them was no help

I want to tear down my house and rebuild it. I heard if you leave an original structure in tact like a wall or fireplace, it is considered a remodel. Say if I bought the house 2 years ago for $400K and rebuild costs $200K (essentially a new house)… how does the city assess the new value? Also, if i have a mortgage, does the bank have to approve the rebuild?

I just got a new iMac and I’m looking for a program that’s compatible with my new computer but I don’t want anything too expensive or too hard to learn how to use. Can anyone help me out?

When remodeling a home,to confirm design eligibility do you need to have the same criteria as a architect or engineer or is there some where we can send the plans.
